FREE ADS
Sygol offers free unsupervised publishing services and will not take part in any way in the buy/sell process derived by the ads published. Sygol will not charge any kind of fees on any transaction derived by the ads, ads that are inserted by the users in a totally independent and unsepervised manner. Hence Sygol cannot be held responsible for the quality, truthfulnes, punctuality, legality and source of the ads published by its users..
It is absolutely forbidden to publish content that contains words or pictures that could offend anyone, including but not limited to pornography, racism, or coarse language: they will be deleted if found.
The authors of the ads shall bear all responsabilities regarding the truthfulness and legality of the ads they publish, including the breach of any kind of intellectual and material property, privacy and image.
Remember, among everything else, that you must have the legal rights for any image or phrase you publish.
Although Sygol cannot check all the ads that are published (since
publication is done automatically by the system), Sygol
reserves the
right to delete all ads that casually are found not to respect the rules.
Remainders
All ads in the "Employment" section must always be
referred to both male and female personnel indiscriminately, since most
countries in the world have some kind of law stating this very clearly.

WHATEVER ELSE IS, OR EVEN REMOTELY MAY BE, ILLEGAL.
ANY AD FALLING INTO THE ABOVE CATEGORIES, IF CASUALLY FOUND, WILL BE DELETED AND, IN SOME CASES, REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.
Keep in mind that what is legal in one country is sometimes severely punishable in another!
In case you find any content, may it be an ad or anything else, in Sygol that breaches your or anybody else's rights, please write a mail to i n f o @ s y g o l . c o m for a prompt removal.

SEARCHES
Sygol will bear no responsability about the contents of the ads, links and files listed as a result of searching, being them inserted by the users and/or found on the net by an independent spider.
In order to avoid copyright problems, searching for files like mp3, pdf, midi, video, images, news goups, etc. will yeld only references to the pages where the links to the files were found, hence not to the files themselves. In other words, Sygol will only tell you that a page with words pertinent to your search contains a link to a certain type of file, but will not tell you the path to the file or if the contents of the file are pertinent to the search you made. Go and find out at your own risk.

PRIVACY
In case you publish an ad, your personal data will be collected in a database and held there only for the period of time necessary to show the ad itself. The lenght of this period is chosen by you when you write the ad and, unless you renew it, can be at most 12 months long. At the end of this period, the ad and all of the data contained in it will be deleted automatically by and from the system. Sygol will use your data only for the purpose of publishing the ad and will not disclose the data to any third party by any other means.
Please do not submit the same ad more than once, even if you do so in different sections. Multiple ads will be deleted periodically and only one, at random, will be kept. In other words, don't waste time inserting an ad if the previous similar one has not yet expired.
Beware that, when you submit an ad, the system will publish all the
information you write into it except for the password. Therefore, since it is mandatory to
write your e-mail address, it will be published... after all, people must be
able to contact you somehow!
For this purpose we suggest you get a free email account on one of the many
web sites that offer this kind of service. In this way, even if you become the
target of spamming, you can simply discard the email account and create a new
one very easily.
Even though Sygol encourages you to delete your own ads by using the appropriate deletion pages, at any time you may write to i n f o @ s y g o l . c o m to request the deletion of your ad by stating the ad's number and the password. Without the password Sygol cannot delete an ad, hence it is strongly suggested that you keep the password in a safe place.
Please note: Sygol automatically tracks certain
information which may include the URL that you just
came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you next go
to (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using,
and your IP address. This information is not at all useful in identifying
you as a person (unless a judge decides to cross the information with that
of you provider's logs).
Cookies may be sent to your browser for the only purpose of remembering your
settings so that you do not have to rewrite them
every time.
On many pages we show ads coming from Google. Note that Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our web sties. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our web sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
MINORS
Sygol cannot control the access by minors to its resources. The use of Sygol by minors must be supervised by their legal tutors who shall bear the full responsibility of any use and abuse of the service.
AVAILABILITY
Sygol cannot assure a continuos and uninterrupted service since it depends on a lot of factors outside it's control.
